Staining summary
Fraction of cells in prostate and smooth muscle cells exhibited strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Heart myocytes, skeletal muscle cells, few megakaryocytes of bone marrow and non germinal center cells of lymphoid tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Remaining normal tissues were negative.
