Most normal tissues showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity with a granular pattern. Additional nuclear staining was observed in a few cases. Glial cells, germinal center cells of lymphoid tissues, islets of Langerhans, pneumocytes and smooth muscle cells were weakly stained or negative.

Strong cytoplasmic and membranous staining was observed in fallopian tube and epididymis. Prostate, hematopoietic cells, respiratory epithelia, peripheral nerves, endothelial cells and smooth muscles were moderately stained. Fibroblasts and paneth cells in duodenum were distinctly positive. Remaining normal cells were mainly negative.
