Moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity was observed in most cancer tissues. Gliomas, lymphomas, ovarian and skin cancers were weakly stained or negative.
Most cancers showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and rare nuclear staining. Few cases of hepatocellular carcinoma and carcinoids displayed strong cytoplasmic positivity. Few cases of embryonal carcinomas of testis displayed moderate to strong nuclear staining while renal cancers showed moderate membranous and cytoplasmic positivity.
Several carcinoids, renal, pancreatic and liver cancers along with a few cases of colorectal, endometrial and lung cancers showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Remaining cancer tissues were negative.
