Few cases of duct carcinomas of breast and papillary adenocarcinomas of thyroid along with few colorectal, ovarian and pancreatic cancers showed moderate cytoplasmic and/or nuclear immunoreactivity. Remaining cancer tissues were weakly stained or negative.
Most cancer tissues showed weak to moderate nucleolar positivity with occasional cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Gliomas, lymphomas, carcinoids, testicular and renal cancers were generally negative.
Papillary adenocarcinomas of thyroid showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining. Occasional cases of prostate and pancreatic cancers displayed moderate positivity. Rest of the cancer tissues were negative.
