Most cancers showed moderate to strong nuclear positivity with additional cytoplasmic staining in several cases. Several renal cell carcinomas, hepatocellular carcinomas, lung cancers and a few urothelial cancers were weakly stained or negative.
Rare cases of melanoma, colorectal, skin and liver cancer displayed strong cytoplasmic positivity. Moderate cytoplasmic staining with occasional nuclear positivity was observed in a few cases of ovarian, skin and liver cancers. Remaining cancer tissues were weakly stained or negative.
