Staining summary
Spermatids and Leydig cells displayed strong cytoplasmic positivity with additional nuclear staining in Leydig cells. Moderate cytoplasmic positivity was observed in rectum, seminal vesicle and renal glomeruli. Bronchus, hepatocytes and small intestine exhibited moderate membranous staining. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
