Most normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Exocrine pancreatic, purkinje cells and trophoblastic cells displayed strong staining. Lymphoid cells, glial cells and squamous epithelia were in general negative.

Purkinje cells along with a subset of hematopoietic cells, non germinal center cells and pneumocytes showed strong cytoplasmic staining. Skeletal myocytes and neuronal cells in cerebral cortex displayed moderate positivity. Remaining normal tissues were mostly negative.
