Most normal tissue showed weak to moderate nuclear/nucleolar and occasional cytoplasmic staining. Leydig cells exhibited strong cytoplasmic staining. Lung, bile duct cells, parathyroid, exocrine pancreas, cells in glomeruli, prostate, Purkinje cells,most mesenchymal cells and the lymphoid tissues were negative.
