Normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining which in several tissues was combined with nuclear positivity. Duodenum and cells in seminiferus ducts exhibited strong cytoplasmic positivity. Colon, renal tubules and glomeruli displayed strong membranous immunoreactivity. Bile duct cells, lung, parathyroid gland and lymphoid tissues were negative.
