Staining summary
HPA037727 Most normal tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Salivary gland and exocrine pancreas displayed strong membranous and cytoplasmic staining while adrenal gland, renal tubuli and heart muscle displayed strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Squamous epithelia, thyroid gland, skeletal muscle, the CNS and most lymphoid cells were weakly stained or negative.
HPA037728 Skeletal and heart muscle displayed strong cytoplasmic positivity while for example urothelium and decidual cells showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Germinal center cells in lymphoid tissues displayed moderate nuclear immunoreactivity. Normal tissues in general were negative.
