Most normal tissues showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity, in several cases with a granular pattern. Liver, hematopoietic cells, pneumocytes, glial cells, renal glomeruli, breast, prostate and ovarian follicles were mainly negative.

Endocrine cells, respiratory epithelia, breast, uterine glands, hepatocytes and urothelial cells display strong cytoplasmic and membranous immunoreactivity. Bone marrow poietic cells, renal tubules and squamous epithelium of esophagus displayed strong cytoplasmic staining. Moderate positivity was observed in neuronal cells in CNS, most squamous epithelium and prostate. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
