Most of the normal cells showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining with additional membranous positivity in few cases. Subsets of lymphoid cells were distinctly stained. Pancreas, liver, prostate, neuronal cells, hematopoietic cells and heart muscle cells were negative.
