Moderate to strong nuclear positivity was observed in squamous epithelium, gastrointestinal glands, exocrine pancreas, urothelium, adrenal cortex, chondrocytes and placenta. Additional cytoplasmic staining was displayed in few cases. Cilia in epididymis showed strong staining. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.

Normal tissues displayed moderate to strong nuclear membrane immunoreactivity. Strong staining was obserbed in several cell types including placental trophoblasts, respiratory and squamous epithelial cells. Pancreatic islet cells, smooth and heart muscle cells were weakly stained or negative.
