Staining summary
HPA031231 Most normal tissues showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity with additional membranous staining in several cases. Lymphoid tissues, bone marrow, CNS, liver, muscle tissues and most squamous epithelia were weakly stained or negative.
HPA031232 Normal tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic staining. Exocrine pancreas, decidual cells and neuronal cells in cerebral cortex displayed strong positivity. Salivary gland, liver, glial cells in CNS, spleen and muscle tissues were weakly stained or negative.
HPA031233 Most normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic staining which was combined with membranous positivity in some cases. Goblet cells in the small intestine, skin, heart muscle and purkinje cells showed strong positivity. Hepatocytes, glial cells and lymphoid cells were negative or weakly stained.
