Staining summary
Most of the normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Cells in CNS and adrenal cortex showed additional nuclear staining. Strong staining was observed in intestinal tract, thyroid and renal tubules. The bile ducts and pancreatic islets were negative.
