Normal tissues generally showed moderate cytoplasmic staining. Gall bladder, renal tubules, prostate and neuronal cells exhibited strong positivity. Duodenum and the small intestine displayed strong cytoplasmic and membranous immunoreactivity. Bile duct cells and renal glomeruli as well as most lymphoid and glial cells were negative.
