Staining summary
HPA031402 A majority of normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Gastric mucosa, gall bladder and subsets of neurons were strongly stained. Lymphoid tissues, cervical glands, breast, squamous epithelia in oral mucosa and esophagus were generally negative.
HPA031404 Moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining was observed in majority of normal tissues. Epididymis, gall bladder, stomach and urothelial cells showed additional membranous positivity. Purkinje cells, renal tubules, seminiferus duct cells and most squamous epithelia showed additional nuclear staining.
