Most of the normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity with a granular pattern. Strong staining was observed in neuronal cells in CNS, decidual cells, islets of Langerhans and subsets of lymphoid cells. Alveolar cells, squamous epithelia, liver, ovary and spleen were generally negative.
