Staining summary
Most of the normal tissues exhibited weak to moderate cytoplasmic and/or membranous positivity. Strong cytoplasmic staining was observed in Purkinje and molecular layer cells in cerebellum. Hepatocytes, pancreatic islet cells, glial cells and lymphoid tissues were generally negative.
