Staining summary
HPA049808 Most of the normal cells displayed moderate nuclear positivity. Stomach, renal tubules, fraction of glial cells, placental decidual cells and subset of cells in seminiferus ducts of testis were strongly stained.
HPA062476 A subset of cells in seminiferous ducts exhibited strong nuclear staining. Decidual cells, squamous epithelium of esophagus and lymphoid tissues showed moderate positivity. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
CAB018351 Subtypes of cells in seminiferous ducts and lymphoid tissues showed strong nuclear positivity while the decidual cells in placenta exhibited moderate nuclear positivity. Cardiac myocytes showed strong staining of the intercalated discs. Remaining normal tissues mainly showed weak to moderate nuclear staining.
