Staining summary
Most of the normal tissues were negative while few tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity. Myocytes of heart exhibited strong membranous and cytoplasmic staining. Glandular cells of colon, rectum and Leydig cells showed moderate cytoplasmic staining.
