Staining summary
HPA027221 Most of the normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity with additional nuclear and/or membranous staining in several cases. Strong staining was observed in gastric chief cells, prostate gland, bone marrow poietic cells, exocrine pancreas and in squamous and transitional epithelium.
HPA027589 Most normal cells showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear staining. Lung alveolar cells and subsets of cells in exocrine pancreas showed strong immunoreactivity. Lymphoid cells and glial cells in CNS were negative.
