Strong membranous immunoreactivity was observed in placenta, upper airway epithelia, fallopian tube and parathyroid gland. Endothelial cells demonstrated distinct positivity. Most tissues in the gastrointestinal tract, CNS and lymphoid tissues were negative while the remaining normal tissues generally showed moderate membranous and/or cytoplasmic positivity.

A moderate cytoplasmic and membraneous positivity was seen in skin, parathyroid gland, fallopian tube, breast, ovary, seminiferus tubules, epididymis, seminal vesicles and basal cell in prostate. Gastrointestinal epithelium and neuronal cells were negative. Stromal cells, adipocytes, smooth and heart muscle and blood vessels were positive.
