Staining summary
Most normal tissues displayed moderate nuclear positivity. Megakaryocytes in bone marrow and neuronal cells in cerebral cortex and cerebellum showed strong cytoplasmic positivity. Liver, lung, glial cells and breast were weakly stained or negative.
