Staining summary
HPA043527 Moderate cytoplasmic positivity was observed in gastrointestinal glands, gallbladder, urothelium, cells in seminiferus ducts of testis, epididymis and subset of lymphoid cells. Megakaryocytes showed strong cytoplasmic while fraction of Purkinje cells showed strong cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
HPA056706 Normal tissues showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining. Colon, fallopian tube and salivary gland displayed additional distinct membranous positivity. Hepatocytes were negative.
