Staining summary
Normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining, in several cases accompanied by membranous positivity. Gall bladder and salivary gland exhibited strong cytoplasmic and membranous positivity. Respiratory epithelia, lung macrophages, trophoblastic cells, thyroid, germinal center cells of tonsil and subsets of cells in adrenal glands displayed strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Cells in seminiferus ducts, renal glomeruli, smooth muscle and glial cells were negative.
