Most normal tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic and membranous positivity. Nuclear staining was observed in several tissues, including squamous epithelia. Intestinal tract, gall bladder, exocrine pancreas renal tubules, Leydig cells, subset of neuronal cells and lymphoid cells outside reaction centra were strongly stained. Myocytes and endometrial glands were negative.

Normal tissues generally displayed moderate to strong nuclear and cytoplasmic positivity. Additional luminal membranous immunoreactivity was observed in a few cases. Bile duct cells, alveolar cells, the parathyroid gland and spleen were weakly stained or negative.
