Strong cytoplasmic staining was observed in hepatocytes, plasma cells, parietal cells of stomach and in islet cells of pancreas. Hepatocytes showed an additional nuclear positivity. Other epithelia were generally moderately stained in cytoplasm, often of granular character and accentuated in basal or luminal position. In some cases the positivity was combined with weakly stained nuclei. In lymphoid cells outside reaction centra, nuclear staining accentuated to the nuclear membrane was observed. Positivity was also found inside blood vessels and other extra-cellular lumina.
