Staining summary
HPA015270 Most of the normal cells displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Non-germinal center cells of lymphoid tissues and subset of cells in seminiferus ducts of testis were strongly stained. The breast, placenta, liver, kidney, fallopian tube, Purkinje cells and heart myocytes were negative.
CAB004038 Lymphocytes showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Distinct nuclear immunoreactivity was observed in the CNS, testis, heart and placenta. Remaining normal tissues generally were weakly stained or negative.
