A majority of normal cells showed moderate to strong nuclear and/or cytoplasmic positivity. Cells in CNS, liver and most lymphoid tissues were generally negative or weakly stained.

Most normal tissues showed moderate nuclear and cytoplasmic staining. Exocrine pancreas and neuronal cells of cerebral cortex exhibited strong nuclear and cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Renal tubules, alveolar cells and gall bladder displayed strong luminal membranous staining while trophoblasts displayed plasma membrane positivity. Liver, prostate and breast were weakly stained or negative.
