A subset of cells in seminiferous ducts, Leydig cells, gallbladder, renal tubules and prostate displayed strong granular cytoplasmic positivity. Moderate staining was observed in lung macrophages, endocrine glands, stomach, epididymis, placental trophoblasts and skeletal myocytes. Other normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
