Staining summary
HPA006057 Moderate to strong nuclear staining in most normal tissues and cells. Surface epithelia showed strong nuclear immunoreactivity. Kupfer cells in liver sinusoids and alveolar macrophages displayed also strong positivity. Additional cytoplasmic staining in a few tissues e.g. trophoblasts in placenta, tubuli cells in kidney and gastric pits in stomach. In heart muscle, distinct staining of intercalated discs was observed.
HPA071166 Moderate to strong nuclear staining in all normal tissues.
