The superficial gastric mucosa showed distinct cytoplasmic and membranous staining. Rectum, thyroid, pre-menopausal endometrial glands, prostate, subsets of cells in squamous epithelium, and the molecular layer of cerebellum were moderately stained. Remaining normal cells were weakly stained or negative.

Most of the normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity with a granular pattern. Strong staining was observed in renal tubules and Purkinje cells. The liver, lung, exocrine pancreas, skin, breast and soft tissues were negative.
