Staining summary
HPA038664 Most normal cells showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and membranous immunoreactivity. Purkinje cells, glial cells and spleen were weakly stained or negative.
HPA038665 A majority of normal tissues displayed weak to moderate nuclear positivity with additional cytoplasmic staining in a few cases. Strong cytoplasmic and membranous staining was observed in squamous epithelia. Thyroid, adrenal cortex, lymph node and bone marrow poietic cells showed strong nuclear staining.
