Staining summary
HPA041253 Normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity with additional membranous staining in a few tissues. Lymphoid tissues, glial cells, endometrial stromal cells, skeletal and smooth muscle cells were weakly stained or negative.
HPA041372 Squamous epithelium, duodenum, islets of Langerhans, parathyroid gland, urothelial cells, cells in seminiferus ducts, cardiac myocytes and epididymis showed moderate cytoplasmic and often membranous positivity. A subset of cells in renal tubules and squamous epithelium of esophagus showed strong positivity. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
