Most normal tissues displayed weak to moderate nuclear and/or cytoplasmic positivity. Additional membranous staining was observed in intestinal glands, fallopian tube and salivary ducts. Subset of cells in seminiferus ducts of testis exhibited strong nuclear positivity. Pancreas, prostate, ovary, glial cells, smooth and skeletal muscle cells were negative.
