Hepatocellular carcinomas and colorectal cancers along with several squamous cell carcinomas, urothelial, pancreatic, breast and gastric cancers showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining with additional nuclear or membranous immunoreactivity in a few cases. Remaining cancers were weakly stained or negative.
Most cancer tissues displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and nuclear immunoreactivity. Gliomas and melanomas as well as thyroid and renal cancers along with several cases of lymphomas were negative.
A majority of cancer tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. A few hepatocellular carcinomas were strongly stained. Gliomas, lymphomas, melanomas and skin cancers were generally negative.
