Leydig cells showed strong cytoplasmic positivity. Subset of glial cells in CNS, ovarian stroma, fallopian tubes, stomach and adrenal glands exhibited moderate immunoreactivity. Additional nuclear staining is seen in molecular layer of cerebellum, gall bladder, exocrine pancreas and gastric glands. Other normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
CAB018603
Strong cytoplasmic positivity was observed in Leydig cells and in ovarian and endometrial stromal cells. Respiratory epithelia, the gastrointestinal tract, pancreas and adrenal cortex showed moderate cytoplasmic staining. The remaining normal tissues were in general weakly stained or negative.
CAB019276
Normal tissues generally displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Strong staining was observed in exocrine pancreas, Leydig cells and glial cells. Neurons and islets of Langerhans were negative.
