Staining summary
Normal tissues showed weak to moderate nuclear positivity, often combined with weaker cytoplasmic staining. Adrenal gland showed strong cytoplasmic positivity while placental trophoblasts, Leydig cells and subsets of neuronal cells in CNS showed strong nuclear staining.
