Subsets of cells in the spleenic red pulp and bone marrow poietic cells showed strong staining in cytoplasm and nuclei. Moderate immunoreactivity was observed in alveolar macrophages, renal tubules, seminiferous duct cells and epididymis. Remaining normal tissues were generally negative.

Most normal tissues displayed weak to moderate nuclear positivity with additional cytoplasmic staining in some tissues. Marrow poietic cells and a subset of lymphoid cells were strongly stained. Renal glomeruli, trophoblastic cells, hepatocytes, prostate and cervix were negative.
