Staining summary
HPA018469 Moderate cytoplasmic staining was observed in most normal tissues. Skeletal muscle, heart muscle, hepatocytes, Purkinje cells and basal cells in the seminiferus tubules showed strong cytoplasmic expression. Membranous staining was observed in intestinal glands.
HPA027094 Normal cells showed generally weak to moderate nuclear and/or cytoplasmic positivity. Purkinje cells showed strong strong nuclear staining and liver, respiratory epithelia, ovarian and endometrial stroma were negative.
