Normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and membranous staining. Gallbladder and glandular epithelium of appendix showed strong positivity. Purkinje cells and neuronal cells displayed strong cytoplasmic staining. Lung, liver, endocrine glands, squamous epithelia, genitourinary system, myocytes and the glial cells along with lymphoid tissues were negative.

Weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity was observed in gastrointestinal tract, exocrine pancreas, placental trophoblasts, seminiferous ducts and myocytes. Neuronal cells showed strong staining. Remaining normal tissues were in general negative.

Cells in the CNS, exocrine pancreas and fallopian tubes showed strong cytoplasmic positivity. Other normal tissues showed weak to moderately stained. Lung, trophoblastic cells, renal glomeruli, muscles and soft tissues were generally negative.
