Staining summary
Normal tissues displayed weak to moderate nuclear/nucleolar positivity. Additional cytoplasmic staining was seen in the adrenal, duodenum, cardiac myocytes, hepatocytes, ovarian follicle cells, stomach and Leydig cells. The neuropil were negative.
