Most normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic and/or luminal membranous staining. Additional nuclear staining was observed in squamous epithelia. Bronchus, oral mucosa, red pulp of spleen and hematopoietic cells were strongly stained. Exocrine pancreas, placental trophoblastic cells, cells of CNS and prostate were mainly negative.

Normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and/or nuclear staining. Testis, prostate and adrenal gland displayed strong positivity.

Bronchus, myoepithelial cells, squamous epithelia, trophoblastic cells, salivary gland and cells in seminiferus ducts displayed strong cytoplasmic staining with additional membranous positivity in several tissues. Strong nuclear staining was observed in Leydig cells. Adrenocortical cells, Purkinje cells, glandular cells of cervix, gall bladder, prostate, intestine, stomach and urothelium were moderately stained. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
