Most normal tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity often seen in a dot like pattern. Gallbladder, exocrine pancreas, urothelial cells, prostate and subset of renal tubules were strongly stained. Pneumocytes, liver, renal glomeruli, glial cells, spleen, ovarian and endometrial cells were generally negative.

Smooth muscle and enteroendocrine cells showed strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Squamous epithelium, gastrointestinal tract, hepatocytes, pancreas, renal tubules and prostate showed weak to moderate positivity. Remaining normal tissues were negative.
