Staining summary
HPA019082 Most of the normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and occasional membranous and nuclear positivity. Strong immunoreactivity was seen in breast, trophoblastic cells of placenta, squamous epithelia, neuronal cells of CNS and cells of airway epithelium. Testis, pancreas and hepatocytes of liver were negative.
HPA048812 Gastrointestinal tract, respiratory epithelium, renal tubules, myocytes, urothelium, trophoblasts and Leydig cells showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Other normal tissues were in general weakly stained or negative.
