Most normal tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Strong cytoplasmic staining was for example observed in the intestine, hepatocytes, thyroid gland, exocrine pancreas, prostate, placental trophoblasts and a fraction of neuronal cells. Glial cells and smooth muscle were generally negative.
