Stomach, exocrine pancreas, renal tubules, neuronal cells and Purkinje cells displayed moderate cytoplasmic staining. Distinct luminal membranous positivity was observed in the intestine and gallbladder. Remaining normal cells were weakly stained or negative.

Most normal cells showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Exocrine pancreas, adrenal cortex, subsets of cells in spleen and bone marrow were strongly stained. Lymphoid tissues, glial cells, female genital tract, heart and skeletal muscle cells were negative.
