A majority of normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Respiratory epithelia, salivary gland, squamous epithelia and a subset of cells in liver, seminiferus ducts and prostate displayed strong positivity. The neuronal cells exhibited distinct nuclear membranous staining. Pancreas, glial cells and the lymphoid tissues were negative.
