Staining summary
Most normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity with additional nuclear staining in several cases. Squamous epithelium displayed strong membranous immunoreactivity. Astrocytes showed strong cytoplasmic and nuclear staining. Strong cytoplasmic staining was observed in Leydig cells, stomach and macrophages. Soft tissues, intestine, lymphoid tissues, trophoblasts and pneumocytes were in general negative.
